SHIPPING
All items are handcrafted for each order and shipped approximately 3 to 5 weeks from order date. Should you need an item before that, please contact us at info@phoebejonas.com to let us know what you need. We will make every effort to accommodate you if possible. We ship throughout the US and Canada; if you require shipment to another country please email us and we will determine shipping price and availability.


SALES TAX
There is no sales tax applied to any purchases, except if you live in the state of New York.

RETURNS
If you are unhappy with a item purchased from Phoebe Jonas Jewelry you may return it in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund minus any shipping charges. Returns received after 14 days will be refused.

All returns are handled via email. Please email us at info@phoebejonas.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Items being returned must be in new condition and shipped to us in the original packaging. Phoebe Jonas Jewelry is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. Please package and insure accordingly.

When we have received the item back we will credit you for the amount of the item minus any shipping charges.

Customized items are not returnable.


REPAIRS
Our pieces are handmade for each order and each stone is hand-cut. We carefully inspect each item to ensure our high standard of quality, and we offer repairs upon authorization up to 1 year after purchase date. Should you find the need for a repair, please contact us at info@phoebejonas.com and let us know how we may assist you. Shipping and repair fees, if any, will vary.
